Site Requirements
- • Site preparation: Level ground or concrete slab (min. 4" thick)
- • Water supply: 3/4" or 1/2" inlet — confirm with contractor before installation
- • Drainage: 3" drain pipe connection required
- • Electrical: 110V/20A circuit (GFCI protected)
- • Clearance: 24" (2 ft) on all sides for installation access
Installation Process
Estimated time: 2 hours with professional crew
- 1. Site inspection and utility marking
- 2. Delivery and positioning with forklift or crane (coordinated by the buyer or contractor)
- 3. Plumbing and electrical connections performed by a licensed contractor hired by the buyer
- 4. Leveling and anchoring
- 5. Final inspection and commissioning by buyer's contractor

Maintenance Guide
- • Annual inspection of the unit recommended
- • Seals and gaskets: inspect every 12 months, replace as needed
- • Exterior panels: clean with mild detergent and soft cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners or pressure washers
- • Plumbing: flush and inspect all connections annually for leaks or mineral buildup
- • Caulking and sealant: reapply as needed to prevent moisture infiltration, especially at panel joints
